The notion of voting for or against a bill could only become this convoluted in Washington DC.
The discussion has turned to whether or not the President has to sign into law the Senate bill once it is passed by the House, before the reconciliation process can begin. This means that the Cornhusker Kickback, Louisiana Purchase and Gator Aid all become law, and that the house members trust the senate members to remove the controversial measures in reconciliation. The problem seems to arise in that the House crooks don't trust the Senate crooks, and vice versa.
The amusing thing here is that we keep hearing that the health care bill will be good for America. Now, explain to me why if the house doesn't trust the senate, and the senate doesn't trust the house, they expect us (the people - often forgotten but still here) to trust both of them.
Just doesn't make sense to me.

I still haven't seen the television infomercials sponsored by the Poor People of America regarding Healthcare Reform. I guess they just don't care. Don't you?
